Required Inputs

Required Inputs to Request Service

When making a Work Request, the Customer must supply all the creative assets required for the Rich Media production selected as well as URLs for all exit links to be made available in the ad. Creative Assets Required formats specified below. Assets must be one of (in order of preference):
  1. InDesign Packaged Files (including links and fonts);
  2. Illustrator AI or EPS files which have not been flattened;
  3. Photoshop PSD file with artwork separated onto layers; or
  4. Hi-Res Print-Ready layered PDF that is unflattened (i.e. images must not be digitally wrapped in the PDF file.)
Note: The product spotlight 360° ad format requires an additional image sequence to compose the 360 view of the content. This should supplied separately as series of jpeg or png images. Exit links Required urls specified below:
  1. Links within the the signature or other call to action elements (i.e Logos, social channels, websites, etc);
  2. Links for products or videos within product carousel or product spotlight ad formats

Ad Format Definitions

Background – Subject Matter Refers to images with objects of substance (i.e. a portrait). Background – Wallpaper Refers to images that only provided context or mood (i.e. a texture or embellishments). Signature – Tablet May include Logos, address, phone number, email address, website, and social channels. Signature – Mobile May include Logos, phone number and website. Signature – Basic Logo only.

Packaging and Delivery

Packaging and Delivery Specs

Web
Adomatic HTML5 ads can be delivered in custom packaging including custom metadata tags, analytics and tracking tags. Creative can be delivered to publishers as:
  • a single html file
  • a .zip folder of assets referenced by an index.html file
  • flighted directly to a publisher’s DFP through DoubleClick Studio
In-app
Creative can be delivered to publishers as:
  • A single HTML file, with all external resources (CSS, JavaScript, images etc) inline within the HTML using Base64 Encoding
  • A .zip file containing the ad as an index.html referencing separated resources for javascript, CSS/styling and image assets

Ad Turnaround Time

Assets for the ad are required to be uploaded to the Adomatic Dashboard no later than 12pm the Business day before the interactive ad needs to be approved by the Customer e.g. for an Adomatic ad to go live on Friday, Oomph requires the creative no later than 12pm on Wednesday. Oomph will make the ad available for approval by 12pm on the Business day the interactive ad needs to be approved by the Customer e.g. for an ad to go live on Friday, Oomph will make it available for approval by 12pm on Thursday. All corrections must be received by 2pm on the Business day the ad was made available for approval. All times as AEST. Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or recognised statutory holiday in the State of New South Wales

Analytics

Mobile Web Rich Media Ad Analytics

Adomatic mobile web ads should provide reporting for the following analytics:
  • MRec/Banner Impressions (how many times the ad was served)
  • MRec/Banner Display Time (the duration the ad was served)
  • Rich Media Expansions (number of times the Mrec/Banner ad unit was tapped on to expand)
  • Rich Media Impressions (the number of times the rich media ad was completely loaded after expansion)
  • Rich Media Interactive Events (how many times were the rich media ads opened and and interactive events recorded)
  • Rich Media Interaction Time (how long the rich media ad is open)
  • Rich Media Exit events (clickthroughs to custom target urls contained in the ad)
  • Rich Media manual closes (how many times were the ads closed)
  • Rich Media Interactive Events

In-App Rich Media Ad Analytics
