Click the graph below to enlarge. The first weeks sales for Moo Shake! on iPhone are in. That spike on the left is, predictably, the US app store. US sales are 99% higher than most of the other countries.  That is a long, flat tail.  Localising the app store page may help but MoGeneration did notice that some of the big players like Sega did not localise their Spanish app store pages for example.
